Other than the precocious mustache, what costumes?
This photo is a direct reference to a movie called Napolean Dynamite. The kids are dressed up as the characters in the movie, but if you have not seen it yet, then it would look like only one kid is dressed up by wearing the stache;) I highly suggest watching it, preferibly with someone who has a silly attitude, as the laughing will be infectious!
